Verify Your Understanding

There is no virtual option for this conference. The online pre-conference events are separate from the content that will be presented in-person on March 22nd, 2025 at #ASPC25. No recording of the in-person conference will be made.

This means that, if you would like to attend the conference, you must do so in person at the venue noted above on the date noted above.

I understand that the ASPC takes place on-site at the venue noted above and that I will need to coordinate my own transportation and lodgings on the day of the conference if I do not live near the venue.

We need to be able to easily send you important updates about the conference in case there are significant changes (alterations to the schedule, for example). To do this, all registrants are added to a registrant email list. You will get a confirmation email from us through Mailerlite. You can confirm your email there and you will be added to our list. Be sure to check your spam folder after you register for the conference, since the email may land there. We strongly encourage you not to unsubscribe from these emails so that you don't miss out on important program changes. If you do unsubscribe before the conference ends, you will be responsible for missing any information that was distributed via the registrant email list.

I understand that I should confirm my email for the registrant email list as soon as possible and that I should not unsubscribe from that list at least until the conference is over.
