The price of these packages increases on the first of each month. So, the sooner you purchase, the less you pay! After February 1st, 2024 all packages will only be available at full price.


Select your preferred advertising type below. This year, we are offering four packages and you may select one for your business. Please remember that this conference has been built around the needs of unpublished indie authors who are newly learning about indie publishing. Other kinds of writers and authors may decide to attend, but the bulk of participants are going to fit into this category. 


Please ensure that any products or services that you plan to share with our audience will be relevant to their literary careers in order to help them educate themselves, become stronger writers, and / or sell more books. 


A payment processing fee will be calculated and added at checkout. 


If you want a table to sell goods and services live during the conference, you must purchase the Omnibus package. 


By purchasing any of our advertising packages, you are verifying that you have fully read, completely understood, and agreed to abide by all of the terms and conditions listed below. 

  • To pay the Atlanta Writers Club (AWC) the amount due after the desired advertising selection has been made on the form below. 
  • To follow all guidelines below regarding your advertising method(s) of choice. 
  • That the completion of the following form and payment of advertising fees to the AWC constitutes your agreement to abide by all guidelines, terms, and conditions outlined in this document and expressed to you before or during the event by AWC representatives and volunteers. 


EXPIRATION DATES

After the noted expiration dates, your ad or logo may no longer be visible as information is updated for the following year's conference. The sooner you purchase a package, the longer your information will be part of the ASPC digital materials. 


PAYMENT

This form cannot be submitted without payment being remitted. 

For eligible packages: Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your ad to go live on the website, our social media profiles, or the event program after both your payment and your graphics have been received.


IN-PERSON ADVERTISER TABLE (OMNIBUS PACKAGE) GUIDELINES

  • Advertisers will be provided with one (1), six-foot wide table and two (2) chairs to use for display and promotional purposes.
  • Advertisers will be provided with a username and password to access the venue internet connection. 
  • Access to electrical outlets will not be guaranteed and will be based on where your table happens to be placed within the venue. 
  • Advertisers may not run any extension cords from beyond their six-foot table area. 
  • Advertisers may use tabletop displays only (no flags, statues, cosplayers, floor decals, or other items extending beyond the tabletop itself). 
  • Advertisers may not set up any banner stands, easels, or other displays that extend beyond the six-foot table area. 
  • Advertiser tables will be set up in a location to be determined by the AWC and Venue. 
  • Advertiser hours will be from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
  • Advertisers may set up beginning at 7:30 a.m.
  • Advertisers must have collected their property, cleaned their table, cleaned the flooring around their table, and removed themselves and their team members from the Venue premises no later than 5:00 p.m. 
  • Advertiser space will not be secure. Advertisers are encouraged not to leave their tables unattended throughout the event. 
  • AWC assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any Advertiser property. 
  • Advertiser shall indemnify AWC and Venue from all claims or loss or liability caused by Advertiser or Advertiser team members. 
  • Advertiser agrees to allow AWC to use (now and in the future) photographs and videos captured at ASPC that may include Advertiser property and team members. 


PROMOTIONAL GRAPHICS GUIDELINES

  • Advertiser graphics will not include inappropriate images or language as determined by AWC representatives. 
  • Advertiser graphics must include at least these two elements: [1] the Advertiser's business logo and [2] one piece of Advertiser contact information (email address, phone number, website, etc.). 
  • Advertiser graphics will have a resolution of no less than 300 dpi, be appropriately sized based on the type of advertisement purchase, and be submitted as a .jpg file. 


SWAG BAG PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (OMNIBUS PACKAGE)

  • Advertiser agrees to provide at least 200 units of at least 1 physical promotional item such as pens, notebooks, or mugs at no charge to the AWC. 
  • Swag bag promotional items should be small enough to fit into or be clipped onto swag bags. 
  • Swag bag promotional items should be no larger than one square foot (no longer than 12 inches on any one side). 
  • Swag bag promotional items should be no heavier than 8 ounces / 0.5 pounds. 
  • Swag bag promotional items should not include perishable foods, combustible or flammable substances, toxic chemicals, or common allergens and irritants such as tree nuts or perfumes. 
  • Swag bag promotional items should not include inappropriate images or language. 
  • Swag bag promotional items must include at least these two elements: [1] the Advertiser's business logo and [2] one piece of Advertiser contact information (email address, phone number, website, etc.). 
  • Swag bag promotional items must be delivered to the ASPC via the delivery methods outlined in the Advertiser confirmation (sent after payment is received) before or on March 1st, 2024. Any items delivered after this date will have no guarantee of being included in the swag bags. 


ADVERTISER GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Advertiser agrees to pay the sum of their selected options in full before any advertisements are placed. 
  • Advertiser agrees to only promote companies, products, or services they have the authority to promote. 
  • Advertiser agrees to behave in a safe, ethical, and legal manner with any attendees who contact them for services or products. 
  • Advertiser understands that they will not be provided any attendee contact information as part of their advertising purchase. Attendees must voluntarily reach out to the Advertiser as they are comfortable doing so. 
  • Advertiser shall indemnify AWC from all claims of loss or liability caused by Advertiser or Advertiser team members. 
  • Advertiser agrees to allow AWC to use (now and in the future) photographs and videos captured at ASPC or created to promote ASPC that may include Advertiser property and team members.

Advertiser Packages

  • Full price is $50 (starting February 1st, 2024)
    One (1) ad in the digital event program. Ad must be a landscape JPG file and will be resized to approximately1,050 (w) x 600 (h) pixels.

  • Full price is $150 (starting February 1st, 2024)
    One (1) ad in the digital event program. Ad must be a portrait JPG file and will be resized to approximately 1,050 (w) x 1,275 (h) pixels.

    One (1) logo displayed on the event website until the day after the conference ends. Logo must be a square JPG and will be resized to approximately 250 x 250 pixels.

    A one-time (1x) inclusion in our monthly vendor announcement post on social media. These are distributed at the beginning of each month. Depending upon when you purchase your package, you may have to wait a few weeks until the next announcement is sent out.

  • Full price is $250 (starting February 1st, 2024)
    One (1) ad in the digital event program. Ad must be a landscape JPG file and will be resized to approximately 2,100(w) x 1,050 (h) pixels.

    One (1) logo displayed on the event website until the day after the conference ends. Logo must be a square JPG file and will be resized to approximately 250 x 250 pixels.

    One (1) dedicated social media post introducing the company to ASPC social media followers. This notice will be created using information from your website and this form.

  • Full price is $350 (starting February 1st, 2024)
    One (1) ad in the digital event program. Ad must be a portrait JPG file and will be resized to approximately 2,500 (w) x 3,300 (h) pixels.

    One (1) logo displayed on the event website until the day after the conference ends. Logo must be a square JPG file and will be resized to approximately 250 x 250 pixels.

    One (1) dedicated social media post introducing the company to ASPC social media followers. This notice will be created using information from your website and this form.

    One (1) company link included at the bottom of attendee mails from the date of purchase through up to a week after the conference takes place.

    Company named as a sponsor on the cover of the digital event program.

    One (1) company logo added to the members-only Perk Page until the day after the conference ends.

    One (1) company coupon for #ASPC24 attendees included on the Perk Page. Physical coupons can be added to swag bags if the company submits 200 copies to the AWC by March 1st, 2024.

    One (1) swag bag item of less than 1 pound and less than one square foot in size (such as a pen, a bookmark, page flags, etc.).

    One (1) vendor table at the conference where the company can sell products and/or services directly to attendees.
